Terms and Conditions*

1. Registration Fee
  • Candidates are required to pay a non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 500 to Perfect HR Solution upon registration for recruitment services.
2. Placement Fee
  • Upon successful selection and joining of a position, the candidate agrees to pay a placement fee equal to 35% of their first month’s gross salary to Perfect HR Solution.
  • The first month’s gross salary is agreed upon and documented during the interview process between the candidate and the hiring organization.
3. Payment Terms
  • The placement fee is due within 30 Days from the date of the candidate’s joining and commencement of employment with the hiring organization.
4. Payment Security
  • Upon joining any organization through Perfect HR Solution, the candidate is required to provide a Post-Dated Cheque (PDC) as payment security.
  • The candidate must provide the PDC cheque to Perfect HR Solution within 7 to 10 days of their joining date.
5. Registration Validity
  • The registration with Perfect HR Solution is valid for a maximum of 5 interviews or as per market requirements, whichever comes first.
  • Once a candidate is successfully placed through Perfect HR Solution, their registration is valid for the duration of one job or one year from the date of issue, whichever is longer.
6. Refund Policy
  • The Rs. 500 registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • In the event that the candidate does not join the hiring organization after selection, the placement fee is not applicable.
